Nosso sistema oferece uma frente de caixa moderna e de alta produtividade, homologada pelo SEFAZ, possibilitando a realização de vendas com cupom fiscal, cartão de crédito e débito, além de outros meios de pagamento, integração com balanças, leitores de código de barras, promoções e o gerenciamento diário de fechamento de caixa e dos títulos a receber.
De maneira prática e fácil é possível emitir notas fiscais eletrônicas (NF-e), realizando os processos de transmissão, consulta e impressão da nota fiscal com apenas um clique. Tudo isso integrado ao controle de caixa e comissão de vendedores.
Merece destaque a gestão da carteira de produtos com opção de grades de cores e tamanhos, múltiplos códigos de barras por produto com tratamento de unidades de conversão de medidas, kits de produtos e gestão de estoque permitindo diferenciar as quantidades disponíveis em loja e no depósito.
Por meio de um cadastro integrado de clientes e fornecedores será possível manter um histórico financeiro, de compras e vendas realizadas. De forma simplificada, é feito o controle do limite de crédito para vendas, podendo identificar os clientes mais importantes e realizar ações de mala direta.
Torna-se fácil realizar o lançamento das notas fiscais de compra, com a possibilidade de importar o arquivo XML, atualizando o estoque dos produtos e o recálculo dos preços de venda, além do lançamento das duplicatas a pagar.
Toda a gestão de cheques, crediário, duplicatas, cartões de crédito e outros títulos a receber é realizada de maneira ágil e segura, integrada com o fluxo de caixa e relatórios, para identificar os clientes inadimplentes e as contas em atraso. Além disso, é possível emitir boletos bancários e importar o arquivo de retorno das principais instituiçoes financeiras.
As despesas são controladas por centros de custo, permitindo o acompanhamento do histórico de títulos quitados e das previsões de pagamento, com total integração com o caixa e as contas bancárias.
